ALERT! THE BAD GUY .. OR GIRL ?

SKY HIGH FANS :)
In every superhero movie there’s a bad guy. You know the villain who creates mischief, havoc and craves word dominance but in this case the baddie is indeed a girl. She is played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead. She is the popular “Queen Bee” known as Gwen who wins the heart of Will stronghold and she leaves me in misery *tear but she is pure evil! She turns into “ROYAL PAIN” and uses Will therefore becoming his only weakness. I can’t tell you the whole ending because it will spoil everything but I can say everything ends up in a happy ending.

SNEAK PEAK PICTURES!

TAKE A LOOK @
EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS OF
THE SKY HIGH CAST!
AND AN INSIGHT ON THEIR
COSTUMING!

This particular picture isn't
from the movie but take note
of the colours they're wearing
because it sure says alot about
them!

This is an extract of Will's superhero
parents. The colours of the American
flag is found on the commander's costume
to portray his love for "AMERICA"

This is the local bully
as you can notice Will
is alot like his dad portraying
the "AMERICAN COLOURS"

This image is of me and Will on top of his roof!
Colours in our clothing tells us who we are
even though we're not in the academy. Me
in my brown/green earth colours and Will
in his patriotic colours.

Unforgettable dialogues and memorable quotes !

SKY HIGH FANS!

On the making of Sky High there was surely many dialogues and memorable quotes you’ll always remember. Some serious and others really funny!

(This was one of the funnier quotes said to emphasize Zach and how strong he is to impress Will)
Will Stronghold: How was your summer?
Zach: To be honest, it was tough, man. T-U-P-H

(I said this to Will’s mum because she asked me to eat some bacon but I’m the nature girl who doesn’t believe in eating a living thing or hurting anyone/anything unless it’s for the good)
Layla: You know how my mom can communicate with animals? Apparently they don't like being eaten.

(This was one of the more serious, captivating dialogues when Will finds out where he really belongs)
Gwen: Well you've got new friends now. And I think that you need to figure out whether you hang out with us - or with those losers. Come on, let's go.
Will Stronghold: No, forget it! I'm not going anywhere with you. Not now, and not to homecoming. Might as well just find your self a new date, Gwen.

Film Techniques

Hey High Sky Fans! I thought i'd discuss with you the film techniques i learnt on the making of Sky High!
I was working on the film I got really interested on the special effects of the movie like making superhero powers look so believable also the camera angles look so perfect. The way you see Sky High Academy in the exterior shot looks very believable like there is a school up in the clouds! There is also a close up, interior shot of me in a restaurant pouring my eyes out to the high school baddie outside of Sky High looking very serious and surreal this particular scene is one of the dramatic that will surely keep you interested! During the end of the movie the villain would always strike In that scene it shows dominance as she yes she it’s a girl... taking over looking down on the people who look hopeless in her eyes. Overall I think the camera angles and camera effects are a very believable standard! If you’ve had enough of me talking too technical keep a watch for my next blog on soundtrack and music!

Plot Of The Film.

Hey I’m Danielle Panabaker aka Layla Williams form SKY HIGH! The movie. I’ll thought I’ll tell you deserving fans about my experience in the making of this movie. My first day of set was really nerve racking but I met a lot of young, talented actors working by my side. I was given the role of “Layla Williams” She is a peaceful, fun loving young lady with the power of the environment. She’s known as the childhood sweetheart of Will Stronghold but it gets quite complicated. The movies is basically about a superhero family with a son who hasn’t quite found his power yet but later on finds his calling. He attends superhero school up in the sky like a normal school there are bullies and Will fits into the wrong crowd which leads to major consequences! I’d like to be more specific but you need to wait till you see the movie!! In the movie there is a lot of drama, laughter, suspense, action filled goodness and a happy ending. I would say my favourite part of the movie would be kissing the breath taking WILL STRONGHOLD! No just joking but it was surely a highlight of the movie. My actual part would be viewing the super powers done with the graphical technician stuff. It looks real! The movie makes you feel as if there is such thing as a superhero academy in the sky. You just need to wait and see my vine whip knock off your seat! Well that’s it so far. Stay tuned for my next Blog! “Film Techniques”
